利用規約（Kotonoa（コトノア）漢字）

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、本アプリの提供者（以下「当方」といいます）が提供するスマートフォンアプリ「Kotonoa（コトノア）漢字」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者が本アプリを利用し、または有料プランを購入した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. 提供内容
本アプリは、漢字の書き順・なぞり書き等を学習するためのアプリです。一部の機能・学年は無料で利用でき、その他の機能・学年は有料プラン（サブスクリプション）でご利用いただけます。提供する機能・コンテンツは、改善のため予告なく変更されることがあります。
2. アカウント・データ
本アプリの利用にアカウント登録は不要です。学習の進捗・設定は利用者の端末内に保存されます。端末の管理、およびバックアップファイルの作成・保管は利用者の責任で行ってください。詳細は本アプリのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
3. 料金・サブスクリプション
有料プラン（プレミアム）には月額プランと年額プランがあり、新規のお客様向けに一定期間の無料トライアルを提供する場合があります。いずれも各ストアの課金システムを通じて決済されます。具体的な金額・トライアル期間・対象は、購入画面および各ストアの表示に従います。料金は将来変更されることがあり、変更後の料金は告知のうえ適用します。
4. 自動更新
サブスクリプションは、現在の課金期間の終了前（各ストアの定めるところにより、通常は期間終了の24時間前まで）に解約しない限り、同一期間・同一料金で自動的に更新され、利用者のストアアカウントへ課金されます。
5. 無料トライアル
無料トライアルを提供する場合、トライアル期間の終了前に解約しない限り、自動的に有料サブスクリプションへ移行し、課金が開始されます。トライアルの解約は各ストアのサブスクリプション設定から行えます。なお、サブスクリプションを購入した時点で、未消化の無料トライアル期間は失効する場合があります。
6. 解約
サブスクリプションは、Google Play または App Store のサブスクリプション設定からいつでも解約できます。解約は次回更新分から有効となり、解約後も現在の課金期間の終了までは引き続きご利用いただけます。当方が利用者に代わって解約を行うことはできません。
7. 返金
購入は各ストア（Google Play / App Store）が決済代行します。返金は各ストアの返金ポリシーに従います。課金に関するお問い合わせ（購入したのに反映されない等）は、ストアの注文ID（購入確認メールまたは注文履歴に記載）を お問い合わせフォーム に添えてご連絡ください。当方は購入者の氏名・メールアドレスを保持しないため、確認・調査は注文IDをもとに行います。
8. 保護者の方へ・未成年の利用
本アプリは子ども向けに設計されています。購入は保護者（成人）による操作を想定しており、購入手続きの前に大人確認の手順を設けています。購入される方は、成人であること、または保護者の同意を得ていることを表明したものとみなします。
9. 知的財産権
本アプリおよびそのUI・プログラム・独自コンテンツに関する権利は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。本アプリは、漢字の字形・書き順データに KanjiVG を、読み等のデータに KANJIDIC2 を、それぞれ Creative Commons 表示-継承（CC BY-SA）ライセンスのもとで利用しています。出典・ライセンスの詳細は、本アプリ内の「クレジット・ライセンス」画面に表示します。利用者は、私的利用の範囲を超えて本アプリを複製・再配布してはなりません。なお、この複製・再配布の制限は、当方が独自に権利を有する部分（プログラム・UI・デザイン・文章・独自イラスト等）に適用されます。KanjiVG・KANJIDIC2 に由来するデータ部分について、各 Creative Commons ライセンス（CC BY-SA）で認められる利用を制限するものではありません。
10. 禁止事項
利用者は、次の行為を行ってはなりません。法令の認める範囲を超えるリバースエンジニアリング・改変・解析。本アプリまたはコンテンツの無断複製・再配布・転売。本サービスの運営を妨害する行為、不正アクセス、不正な課金回避。法令または公序良俗に反する利用。
11. データの取り扱い・バックアップ
学習データは端末内に保存され、アンインストールにより削除されます。利用者ご自身で書き出したバックアップファイルの保管・復元は利用者の責任で行ってください。復元機能は現状有姿で提供されます。データの消失・破損に関する当方の責任については、第13条（責任の制限）によります。
12. 保証の否認
当方は、本アプリおよび本アプリを通じて提供される教材・コンテンツ等、並びに利用者が本アプリを通じて得た情報等の確実性、完全性、正確性、有用性、特定の目的への適合性等について、保証するものではありません。
13. 責任の制限
当方は、当方の責めに帰すべき事由によって利用者に直接かつ現実に発生した損害に限り、責任を負うものとします。また、当方の責任は、損害発生時の直近1ヶ月分の利用料金相当額を上限とし、これを超える額については免責されるものとします。ただし、当方に故意または重大な過失が認められる場合、および消費者契約法その他の強行法規により消費者に認められる権利については、この限りではありません。
14. サービスの変更・中断・終了
当方は、本アプリの機能・サービスを変更、停止、または終了することがあります。有料機能を終了する場合の取り扱いは、法令に従います。
15. 本規約の改定
本規約は、機能・サービス内容の変更、法令の改正、その他当方が必要と判断した場合に改定することがあります。改定したときは、本ページに掲載し、最終更新日を更新します。改定後の規約は、掲載した時点から効力を生じます。改定後に継続してご利用いただく場合は、改定後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
16. 準拠法・裁判管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。ただし、消費者契約法その他の強行法規により消費者に認められる権利を制限するものではありません。

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile app "Kotonoa Kanji" ("the App") provided by us. By using the App or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The App helps users learn kanji stroke order and tracing. Some features and grade levels are free; others are available through a paid subscription. Features and content may change without notice as we improve the App.
2. Accounts and data
No account is required. Progress and settings are stored on your device. You are responsible for your device and for creating and keeping any backup files. See the App's Privacy Policy for details.
3. Pricing and subscriptions
Premium plans include a monthly plan and an annual plan, and we may offer a free trial for new customers. All billing is processed through the app store's billing system. Exact prices, trial length, and eligibility follow the purchase screen and store display. Prices may change in the future, with notice before the new price applies.
4. Auto-renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period and price, charged to your store account, unless canceled before the end of the current billing period (generally at least 24 hours before, per the store's rules).
5. Free trial
If a free trial is offered, it automatically converts to a paid subscription and billing begins unless you cancel before the trial ends. Cancel from your store's subscription settings. Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel anytime from Google Play or App Store subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current period. We cannot cancel on your behalf.
7. Refunds
Purchases are processed by the store (Google Play / App Store) and refunds follow the store's policies. For billing questions (e.g., a purchase not showing up), include your store order ID (in your purchase confirmation email or order history) in the contact form. Because we do not retain purchasers' names or email addresses, we verify and investigate using the order ID.
8. For parents / use by minors
The App is designed for children. Purchases are intended to be made by a parent or guardian (an adult), and an adult-verification step precedes purchase. By purchasing, you represent that you are an adult or have a guardian's consent.
9. Intellectual property
The App and its UI, software, and original content belong to us or our licensors. The App uses KanjiVG (stroke-order data) and KANJIDIC2 (readings, etc.) under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA) licenses; attribution details appear on the App's "Sources / Licenses" screen. You may not copy or redistribute the App beyond personal use. This restriction applies to the parts in which we hold rights (program, UI, design, text, original illustrations, etc.); it does not restrict uses of the KanjiVG/KANJIDIC2-derived data portions permitted under their respective Creative Commons (CC BY-SA) licenses.
10. Prohibited conduct
You must not: reverse engineer, modify, or analyze the App beyond what the law permits; copy, redistribute, or resell the App or its content without authorization; interfere with the service, gain unauthorized access, or improperly circumvent billing; or use the App in violation of law or public order.
11. Data and backups
Learning data is stored on your device and is deleted on uninstall. You are responsible for keeping and restoring any backup files you export. The restore feature is provided as is. Our liability for loss or corruption of data is governed by Section 13 (Limitation of liability).
12. Disclaimer of warranties
We do not warrant the certainty, completeness, accuracy, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the App, its materials or content, or any information obtained through it.
13. Limitation of liability
We are liable only for direct and actual damages caused by reasons attributable to us, and our liability is capped at the amount of fees for the one month preceding the damage; amounts beyond that are excluded. This does not apply to cases of our intent or gross negligence, or to rights granted to consumers under mandatory law.
14. Changes, suspension, or termination of the service
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or the service. Where a paid feature is discontinued, we will act in accordance with applicable law.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms when we change features or services, when laws change, or when we otherwise consider it necessary. Revised Terms take effect when posted. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance, without limiting rights granted to consumers under mandatory law.
